Returns and Exchanges

We happily accept returns and exchanges. All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage with the original tags intact.

All returns or exchanges must occur within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we will reward store credit. 

We do not pay for returned shipping. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the garment(s).

We do not offer refunds on sale or promotional items. All sale or promotional items are final sale. We do offer exchanges or store credit. 

If items arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent to you, please email bronte@richtergoods.com and we will rectify the situation free of charge.
