When will my order ship?

We are a small batch, vertically integrated company. We make every single garment in-house. We maintain a limited inventory that is replenished weekly. Some orders are cut and sewn to-order.

* Please note: We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. Our current turn around time is 30 business days. For a more specific ship window, email us at bronte@richtergoods.com.

Return and Exchange Policy

We happily accept returns or exchanges of clothing free from wear within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, store credit will be applied. Please note, we do not pay for returned shipping. 

We do not accept returns for sale items. 

How do I track my package?

You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping confirmation email.

What size am I?

Where are your products made?

We make every garment in-house with our team of expert seamstresses. We design, cut, sew, and fulfill each item from our studio in San Antonio, Texas. 

Where are your fabrics from?

We believe the two most important components to any garment are fit and fabric. We've spent a decade perfecting the fit of our shirts and believe in our off-the-rack tailored fit. We use premium fabrics milled in Japan, Portugal, and Italy. When you touch or wear our garments, you can feel the difference.
