FAQs

When will my order ship?

We are a small batch, vertically integrated company. We make every single garment in house. We maintain a limited inventory that is replenished weekly. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping confirmation email.

What size am I?

Read our "Size Guide” with detailed product measurements on each product page. If you have additional questions on fit or size, please contact us at bronte@richtergoods.com.

Where are your products made?

We make every garment in-house with our team of expert seamstresses. Each shirt is designed, cut, sewn, and shipped from our studio. Any customer who shops with us in-store will see where their shirt is made.

Where are your fabrics from?

We believe the two most important components to any garment are fit and fabric. We've spent a decade perfecting the fit of our shirts and believe in our off-the-rack tailored fit. We use premium fabrics milled in Japan. When you touch or wear our garments, you can feel the difference.

Proudly Made in the U.S.A.

At the heart of what we do are people who’ve dedicated their lives to the mastery of one skill. Master mechanics. Master seamstresses. Master pattern makers. We manufacture in-house because we believe in mastery. We believe in upholding the art of artistry. Today, we are one of the few remaining shirt-makers based in the USA.

Mario Guajardo grew up wearing pressed Western shirts and cowboy boots in Mexico City. His father, whose ancestors were Native Texans, made it a proud staple of his children's wardrobe. Guajardo returned to Texas with the intent of manufacturing western shirts in San Antonio.
